Deletion Process

To permanently delete your Infinity account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Open the Infinity app on your device

2. Navigate to Admin (bottom right tab)

3. Scroll to the bottom of the Admin Settings page

4. (Optional) Download Your Data: Tap "Download All My Lifetime Data" to receive a complete export of your information via email

5. Tap "Close Account" (shown in red)

6. Select your reason for leaving

7. Choose "Delete Account" (permanently remove all data)

8. Tap "Submit Request" to confirm

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account will be permanently deleted

• All associated data will be removed from our systems

• This action cannot be undone

• Deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation

Data Retention

​

All user data is permanently deleted upon account closure. No personal information is retained after deletion.
