Terms And Conditions (Zemira)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zemira app (“App”), operated by G2AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility
​

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Infinity.

  • By using the App, you confirm that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

​

2. User Responsibilities
​

You agree to:

​

  • Use Zemira for personal, non-commercial purposes only

  • Not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

​

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community experience.

​

3. Content You Provide
​

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or send through the App, including profile information, photos, and messages.

​

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the app for functionality (e.g., showing your profile to other users). We do not claim ownership of your content.

We reserve the right (but not obligation) to review or remove content that violates our community guidelines.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
​

Zemira may offer premium features through a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe:

​

  • Payment will be charged via your app store account

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple/Google account settings

​

All fees are non-refundable unless required by local consumer law.

​

5. Safety Disclaimer
​

While we strive to foster a safe environment, we do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You interact with other users at your own discretion and risk.​

​

6. Intellectual Property
​

The Zemira name, logo, and all related features are the property of G2AI or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written consent.

7. Account Termination
​

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • We suspect abuse, fraud, or illegal activity

  • Your account is inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, you lose access to your account, matches, and data (subject to our Privacy Policy).

8. Disclaimer of Liability
​

Zemira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G2AI disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms
​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
